Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Company’s Services.

Your access to and use of the Services is based on your agreement to and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.

The Company’s services are provided after payment (payment of Services) in the amount of the project plan chosen by the Client.

We work with legal entities, natural persons-entrepreneurs, as well as with individuals for cash and non-cash settlement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements.

The refund rules apply in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991, as well as Chapter 54 of the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV dated January 16, 2003.
